The design of the condo was reconfigured to maximize natural light while opening the circulation between spaces.
The design of the condo was reconfigured to maximize natural light while opening the circulation between spaces. The living spaces, the dining room and the kitchen are configured as one, the design avoided a stereotype of functional kitchen as a backdrop of living space.
In its place was created a more open kitchen area, made to connect and circulate as a social space not independent and private.
The palette of materials was chosen to complement and soften the exposed tones of the floor and concrete walls, adding warmth to the space.
